Her attraction to the colors and fibers, Johanna took an interest in textiles and transformation.

In the world of fashion her designs are characterized by feminine silhouettes, fabrics and fluid movement.

She studied fashion design at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale and then specialized in Parsons School of Design in New York.

After several years, she returned to Colombia, to open her first “Atelier” fashion where she began her work with swimsuits, beach wear, ready-to-wear & brides.

Highlight the elegance and femininity of the woman, is what characterizes Johanna Ortiz. Her collections have been presented in Cali Exposhow, Circle Bogotá Fashion Panama Fashion Week & Colombiamoda in Medellin.

She was invited to the White House in Washington to be part of the celebration of July 20 for independence from Colombia.

She represented Colombia at the United Nations in New York in the event of Fashion for Development organized by “Women Together”.

He participated as a representative of Colombia in the “IDA International Designer Award” in Taipei, Taiwan, standing out as the best Latin American proposal.
